| First Time? We all have to start somewhere!
Shopping with the Sugar Free Superstore is easy and fun when you know how, so we would love to help you through it.
OK, so here goes...
1) Please be assured that you cannot do anything wrong...
2) Smile confidently, you are about to go shopping...
3) Take your trusty mouse in hand...
Click on the section heading that takes your fancy i.e. Biscuits. A list of products with their pictures and prices will appear on your screen. If you would like to see a larger picture of any product to tempt your taste buds, or check the nutritional information, then click on that button and it will get bigger (to close the box click on the x in the top right corner).
Next choose a flavour from the pull down menu, and click on it. State the quantity you require and the store will automatically add the item to the shopping basket for you, (beats carrying it around the supermarket eh!!!) After a few seconds you will automatically return to the shop to carry on... You can do this as many times as you like, remember if you order £50, postage is FREE, so make sure you order enough to keep you going for a while!
When you have finished shopping, click "Checkout" and you will see all of the products you've chosen and the total amount payable (this includes postage and VAT). If this is correct, then simply click "PAY NOW" and you will be taken to a couple of information screens asking for details such as your address, telephone number, delivery address, preferred payment method etc. This is a totally secure site, so rest assured that any information you provide is 100% safe.
If for some reason, you decide not to purchase the items in your shopping basket, you can abort at any time (as long as you haven't tried to pay), and your details WILL NOT be sent to us. Once you have paid, the order is complete and will be sent immediately to us so that we can diligently pick, pack and send it to your doorstep.
That's it, we suggest you print a copy of your order to compare to the delivery note that comes with your parcel. Bookmark our store so that it is easy to find us next time (click on "Bookmark Our Site" in bottom left corner of the page).
