 |  |  |  | |  | | Low Carb Caesar Salad (Serves 2) | | | Wash & prepare lettuce. Slice whole head quickly into strips. Place in a large bowl, add chopped bacon (hot or cold) and parmesan cheese. Add salt & pepper and sprinkle of lemon juice. Drizzle over the Caesar salad dressing, and toss salad thoroughly. Serve with Low Carb Bread or as a side dish to low carb Pasta (Click here for Pasta). |
